How long do your deliveries take?

Delivery time is 3-5 working days. If you have a preferred delivery date you can request this and we will do our best to fulfil this.

Where is my order? Has it been shipped?

Delivery costs?

Our transport costs are calculated by product/weight, this is calculated before you checkout and complete your order.

Can I collect from you?

We can only provide a delivery option.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Our deliveries are only made between Monday-Friday.

Can I have a product installation guide?

Yes, these will be attached to your order confirmation.

Can I get a product sample?

What if I am not home?

If no one is available to receive the goods a SIGNED note must be provided for the driver to take away giving instructions as to where the goods can be left.
